With a distinguished career spanning over two decades, Kushal brings a wealth of experience from industry stalwarts such as PepsiCo, Tata Consumer, Bikano, HUL, Abbott, Gillette, and others. His leadership has consistently driven transformation across traditional and modern trade formats, managing businesses worth ₹500 Cr+ and scaling challenger brands into market leaders.
As CRO, Kushal will be responsible for driving offline revenue strategy, building national distribution infrastructure, and forging key partnerships across the retail ecosystem. He will also focus on Tier 2 and Tier 3 market penetration—extending Nat Habit’s mission to make fresh Ayurveda more accessible across India.
